  1. Definitions:

    • ​E-SIM Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Gorilla Global

    • "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual, customer, or entity using our e-SIM services.
       

  2. ​E-SIM Service

    • Our e-SIM service allows compatible devices to activate and use our e-SIM technology to connect to mobile networks.

    • The service is subject to network coverage availability and compatibility with your device.
       

  3. User Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for providing accurate information during the e-SIM registration process.

    • You must ensure that your device is compatible with e-SIM technology and unlocked from any previous carrier restrictions.

    • You agree not to use our e-SIM services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
       

  4. Registration and Activation

    • By registering for our e-SIM service, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
       

  5. Service Availability​

    • Gorilla Global strives to provide uninterrupted e-SIM service, but we do not guarantee 100% availability at all times.

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the e-SIM service, with prior notice, for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.
       

  6. Fees and Payments​

    • ​E-SIM service fees and payment details will be communicated to you during the registration and activation process.

    • You are responsible for all applicable fees and charges associated with using our e-SIM service.
       

  7. Privacy and Data Protection

    • We value your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    • By using our e-SIM services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
       

  8. ​Intellectual Property

    • All intellectual property rights related to the e-SIM technology and services belong to Gorilla Global.

    • You agree not to use, copy, modify, or distribute our e-SIM technology or services without explicit written permission.
       

  9. ​Limitation of Liability

    • Gorilla Global shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our e-SIM services.

    • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
       

  10. ​Termination of Account

    • Gorilla Global reserves the right to terminate your access to the e-SIM service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
       

  11.  Amendments

    • Gorilla Global may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes, and the updated Terms will be effective upon posting.

  12. ​Governing Law

    • These T&Cs and any non-contractual obligations arising out of, or in connection with, these T&Cs shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, Singapore law, excluding any conflicts of law rules or principles that might refer any such matter to the laws of another jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
